Quake 4 Config Generator

Did this in an hour or so. I don't believe I have every command, though it would be nice if I did. Therefore if theres something you feel I should add, or change. Let me know in #slashquit.net on GameSurge.

Once you have generated the config, put it in your 'Quake4/q4base' directory & execute (exec filename.cfg) the config.
