I agree, every little update just makes the game better and better (or less and less likely to be exploited). I'd love to know why I get 4 Invuls on first round of Well lately (when I only do 1), or how last night I managed to keep the medigun firing without holding any buttons down (then I decided to fuck around with it and couldn't make it happen again, lol).
Still - nothing major or game altering :D

I don't agree with the "play the game how its meant to be played" mentality. As much as they harp on about it developers do not have a clue when it comes to balancing / designing games for competition.
Think of how successful and essential competition mods have been to certain games, eg ET.
but hey, I haven't shot enough cartoons to know how this effects the game anyhow :>

When I was at uni there were engineering students who were doing almost double the contact hours I had, mucho respecto to them.
Us IT students spent too long playing Duke3D in the computer pools, that was awesome, and I repeat: Those were the days.

At High School and Uni I had plenty of spare time but no money, and then I got a job and had plenty of money and no time, and now I've got a baby so I've got neither. Just thought I'd share that story with everyone....

the easy way is.. cut the time on the PC's out of your home life DeKrow.. when everyone is asleep you get to nerd for at least 90 minutes and pass out in your chair - I didn't think it would happen, but working with PC's at work and on-call makes you sick of them...
I have a 2yo btw.. they get worse when they learn to open doors and the fridge. :)
