big PL issues

loz, 02:20pm 21st May go to warsow

hi guys. need some help

im getting massive PL issues on all SQ warsow servers. i dont know if its only the SQ servers because they are the only ones that i know of.

so i tried to ping gs4.slashquit.net and this is what i got...

i hadnt really felt it in q3, only felt it in warsow. ill go and give q3 a shot now and see how it feels. anyone got any idea's?

The changes in 0.3 also include netcode changes.

The new netcode behind Warsow does not handle packetloss very well.. infact, the developers have said its shocking at handling packet loss.

yeah it is, its unplayable.

after doing a tracert, i think it might be an internal telstra problem (see original link)

the ingame pings have all increased (prolly fake) - due to me fucking with the sv_fps. Makes them feel a fuckload better though, hey :)
